Introduction :
How to feed territories in renewable energy ?
Moja island is a small island situated off the East Africa Coast in the Indian Ocean. There are 1,450 people who live on the island, divided into four main communities. It has no main electricity power plant so the inhabitants mainly use kerosene lamps and candles for lighting and fuel wood for cooking food. The government of the island has decided to invest money to generate electricity on Moja Island.
Activities :
-Objectives : Identify and make suggestions for the most appropriate renewable energy options for the one of the four communities on the island.
-Fill out the project sheet by hand (computers must remain turned off). You must have your sheet validated by one of your teachers before you can turn on the computers to start the project.
